I scraplifted this card from the wonderful site:
Mommy Mel's Addiction. She had a really pretty card and I copied the inscription and general idea. I like hers better, but didnt want to do the real stitching on mine. The colors on mine don't make the card pop as good as hers, but I made mine with scraps that I had on hand. My friend that I made it for will love it anyhow... (I hope!)

2 more challenge borders

I made 2 more simple borders a LET IT SNOW and a POKER NIGHT one. The files are on the MTCHints-Tips yahoo group under shared files, then borders. Hope someone can use them. Boy, there have been some great borders created by people over on the site! Check em out!

sympathy card

I have struggled with making this card. I am always afraid the card will be too festive looking. I used cream and blacks for the colors, with dark brown inking... I used one of Wanda's (Wanda's Cards and Crafts) card templates. The flower was a dingbat (WWFreebie is the name of the dingbat font) and I just welded a circle in the center so that it didnt cut out as individual petals. The ribbon slide I just made by joining a rectangle with 2 rounded rectangles for the ribbon to go into. The paper is all from DCWV Le Creme stack.. What do you think?

Mother's day card

Here is a card I made using the wonderful Wanda's card file. The butterfly is dimensional, the wings kinda curl away from the shadow. I got the butterfly off a free clip art site and converted it in MTC. I just love that program! Thanks Wanda for sharing your great card files.

another Easter card

I made this tonight from a pattern by Shelly at paper and flowers blogspot. I just loved this little bunny and basket. I hand cut the grass and used stickles on everything! Thanks Shelly for sharing your talent.

Easter card

I made this card using Wanda's card file and Paulo's bunny. I just love the way it turned out. Thank you both for being so generous and sharing your files!

Embossed Easter card

I saw this card somewhere and scraplifted it.. my picture doesn't do it justice. Each stripe of cardstock as well as the background is embossed with a different folder. The eyelet lace I have had laying around here for years. I don't think my card turned out as well as the one I copied, but it is cute! Thanks to whoever made the original card..

Easter card

Here is the font and inside of a card I did tonight. I made the card template with the 3 diamond cutouts myself, it is posted on the MTC library. The darling little tag cutouts were designed by Momma MC (Ginger). They are adorable cuts! The card is inked in pale blue around the edges, but doesnt show up..
Thanks Ginger for sharing your cute files!

my scrapbook shelves and kitties

This is the shelves under my cricut desk. Needless to say, I had to get more of those fabric bins to keep Edgar out of my cubby holes... pic on right is both my trouble-makers, Bear and Edgar

This is the shelf my husband made for me to store my cartridges in. It is one of those store bought cubes with adjustible shelves (from Target) and he cut it in half, depth wise, to make 2 different shelf units.. they work great!

This is the card I made my daughter for Valentine's day.. The Jack Skellington is from the free font Skellingtonbats

Comedy/Tragedy card

Another card. Made this for my niece who was really into drama in school. She also has a similar tattoo. I don't remember where I got the file, think it was an SVG that I cut in MTC. Inside, says ...that someone your age can still look so darn good!

Mickey birthday card

This is a card I made for my niece's birthday. She is a Disney fanatic. I used the file from the wonderful Denise...the pattern is on her blog, which is listed on the right hand side of my page. She did a wonderful job on it. It really looks like he is popping out of the card! Thanks Denise for sharing this file!

Cowboy Pooh

This card is for my niece. She's into country music and line dancing also. She is also a HUGE Disney nut! I hate to say this, but I forget where I got the pattern. I THINK I got the Pooh from MTC library and the hat was a svg file I found. If you made the pattern and I am wrong, please forgive me and let me know so I can give proper credit! Inside, says, May I have the first dance, after all, you are the birthday girl.

Cowboy boots card

OK. some cards I have made. This is for my sister's birthday. She loves to line dance. Did the cut from boots that someone had posted on the MTC library

Eeyore Easter card

Well, time to start Easter cards. Got one done today. I used the Pooh and Friends cartridge for Eeyore and the butterfly and the PDDU for the bunny ears.. the egg was just a shape I cut out and embossed. I did use some stickles on the butterfly, Eeyore's tail bow and his eyes. Guess this will be for my mom who likes Eeyore.

card template

Here is a card shape. I have uploaded to the MTC library. Can anyone create a card with this??? I tried the cut with white cardstock and it cuts fine, but I cant think of any way to use this...

St Patricks Day cards

I wanted to share some cards I made for St. Patrick's day. Minnie was designed by someone and posted to the MTC gallery. The hat was designed by Tricia Moore, scraplifted from Aymee on the Cuttlebug Blog Spot, and the shamrock card was scraplifted from Marcelle on the same site.

Flourish page topper

I made this beautiful top for my grandmother's picture from a design by Paulo. He is very talented and generously shares his files with everyone on the SCAL yahoo groups. If you have not visited his site, check it out. It is listed on the side of my blog, SCAL-E files.

Thanks Paulo, I think it is a beautiful file!
